Alien Elvis Spotted!

There are two things I don’t draw often (if at all): Elvis, and aliens/monsters. This weekend I got the urge to draw both, and since I didn’t have much time I decided to consolidate. So I sketched an alien Elvis impersonator. Seems logical to me.

This was a quick vectoring job. If I had more time I’d make him even more “Elvis”y. I need to work on the lip curl and hips.

Update: I’ve decided to submit this illustration to this week’s “Illustration Friday”. Topic: Modify. This illustration is so different from my usual style that I believe the heat “modified” my work. Too much of a stretch? Oh well.
